What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay via online banking from participating banks supported by eGHL in order to shop securely and conveniently. You can also pay via e-wallets such as Boost, MCash and TnGo.

Alternatively, you can pay via all major credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). All your card information is protected with encryption standard.

eGHL is the same Online Payment Gateway System currently provided by many licensed financial institutions. For that reason, customers can be certain of eGHL security and database management. eGHL is notified as an Online Payment Switching Gateway by Central Bank of Malaysia (Bank Negara Malaysia – BNM) under the payment system act in the year 2006.

How far do you cover for delivery?

We deliver to all locations within Penang, both island and mainland. We manage deliveries by ourselves with our own fleet of cold-chain vehicles to ensure freshness.

How much is the delivery fee?

The delivery fees per order is RM15. Delivery is free on all orders over RM250 per trip.

How long will delivery take?

Upon receiving your order, we will be in touch via Whatsapp or calls to confirm the delivery date. Our standard delivery service is within 2-3 days from when the order is placed. Delivery will be done between 2pm – 6pm daily.

We are unable to accommodate requests for time specific deliveries to ensure fairness to all our customers and maintain efficiency in our operations.

What if I'm not around at the time of delivery?

When you place an order, you can provide further instructions as to where we leave it. Due to traffic and some other reasons, we are unable to accommodate requests for time specific deliveries to ensure fairness to all our customers and maintain efficiency in our operations.

As part of our service we will call you before heading to your doorstep. If we are unable to reach you, due to whatever reasons, or you do not pick up the call, we will leave it on the front door or at the guard house (for apartment and condominium) or we will reschedule. In addition, a notice will be sent to the customer to notify them of the unsuccessful delivery attempt.

In the event that delivery is re-scheduled or the delivery location is changed en-route, the customer shall be responsible for bearing any additional delivery costs payable upon receipt of orders.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled. However, orders can be amended before 12 noon one day before delivery. You can do so by contacting us here. You will not be able to modify your order after the cutoff period.

All orders and shipping fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If I'm not satisfied with the products, what should I do?

If for some reason that you are unhappy with the products that you have received, contact us here no later than 24 hours after you have received the products.
